Who Is My Supplier?

Meter Point Administration Services

Our Meter Point Administration Service provides information on who supplies the electricity to properties in the North East of England, Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire.  The information can be given to customers, agents working on behalf of the customer e.g. Property Managements Consultants, or contractors with the permission of the customer.

MPAS can only provide the following information:

• Which company is registered to supply a property and the dates from which they have supplied it from.
• Customer supply number (13 digits)
• Supply numbers to change suppliers (21 digits which would generally be posted).

Property Management Consultants Enquiries

For data protection reasons, we will only disclose information regarding a customer's account to the customer personally. Property Management Companies wishing to use our service must firstly set up a password to access the information on their client's properties. If you are a property management consultant and wish to use this service, please contact a member of our MPAS team who will arrange for a password to be set up for you.

Supplier enquiries

All suppliers have access to www.ecoes.co.uk which allows them to access which supplier is registered to the property.
